Blog retired — Studio link takes its place
AetherCut v1.9.89 shipped on with 3 updates to the private, browser-based video editor. Everything here is already included in the latest version. AetherCut edits on your own device, so your footage never has to be uploaded to a server.
What's new in v1.9.89
- AutoSEO shut down the blog pipeline, so the four blog links across the app (landing header, landing footer, editor back-header, help guide) were replaced with Studio links pointing at /studio
- Legacy /blog and /blog/:slug routes stay registered so old inbound URLs redirect gracefully — the ExternalBlogRedirect fallback still works, users just can't discover the retired blog from any in-app surface
- Fixed changelog dates — every v1.9.77-1.9.88 entry was incorrectly stamped 'Feb 5, 2026' and now reads 'Aug 13, 2026' matching actual ship dates
