Tools that break get noticed and fixed faster
AetherCut v1.9.128 shipped on with 4 updates to the private, browser-based video editor. Everything here is already included in the latest version. AetherCut edits on your own device, so your footage never has to be uploaded to a server.
What's new in v1.9.128
- If a tool panel ever crashes, only that panel shows an error. The rest of the editor and your project keep working, and we're notified automatically
- Behind the scenes, AetherCut now spots tools that start failing so they get fixed before you have to report them (no footage or personal data involved)
- Leave your email when you report a bug and you'll get a personal reply when it's fixed
- No email? No problem — the next time you open the editor after your bug is fixed, you'll see a small note letting you know, often with a personal message about the fix
Try it
AetherCut is free to start and runs in Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, with no install and no account needed to edit. Open the editor or see how it works.
