Studio-grade audio, 100% in your browser — mixer, loudness & A/B compare
AetherCut v1.9.121 shipped on with 8 updates to the private, browser-based video editor. Everything here is already included in the latest version. AetherCut edits on your own device, so your footage never has to be uploaded to a server.
What's new in v1.9.121
- A full Audio Mixer: per-clip gain and stereo pan, a master-bus compressor, and mute/solo per track — all running on your device via the Web Audio API, nothing uploaded
- Live L/R level meters on every track so you can spot a stem clipping or sitting too hot at a glance
- LUFS loudness normalization — measure your mix and one-tap normalize to YouTube (−14), podcast (−16) or broadcast (−23) targets, then 'Normalize & Export'
- A/B compare: press Tab to flip between your processed mix and the raw audio and hear exactly what your mixing is doing
- Reusable mix presets (Flat, Podcast, Music video, Vlog, or your own) you can save, import and export to share a house sound across projects
- Full undo/redo across mixer and timeline value edits, powered by a new command stack
- A first-time guided mixer walkthrough that spotlights the fader, pan and loudness controls so new editors know exactly where to start
- An audio scrub-tick while you drag clips (with an on/off toggle for silent editing), plus a new /audio page on private, in-browser mixing
