Fix: SEO comparison tables shipped with wrong AetherCut Pro price ($9/mo → $14.95/mo)

What's new in v1.9.11
- v1.9.10 shipped the side-by-side comparison tables with '$9/mo' for AetherCut Pro — actual price is $14.95/mo per database.PRO_PACKAGES. Visitors landing on any /vs/* page would have seen one price on the SEO page and a different one in Stripe checkout — a refund-risk + broken-trust bug.
- Fixed: PRO_PRICE_NOTE constant + 6 comparison-table pricing rows + 2 prose mentions, all now reflect Free / $14.95/mo / $129.88/yr / Lifetime Pro.
- Added drift-protection regression test (test_pricing_matches_canonical_source) that reads database.PRO_PACKAGES at test time and asserts SEO pages reference the live amount — pricing drift will now fail CI loudly instead of silently leaking into production.
- 15/15 backend pytest + 94/94 frontend regression all green.
