MRR window on /whitelist.html for the investor monthly review

What's new in v1.7.86
- Added GET /api/admin/mrr — computes current-month MRR + trailing 12 months from Stripe active subscriptions (annual subs ÷ 12 per the executed contract definition). Soft-fails to zero rows if Stripe is unreachable
- Added MRR card to both whitelist.html mirrors (backend/static + frontend/public) showing the current month as a hero number, threshold banner tied to the executed $50k Section 3.1(e) salary-deduction milestone, and the trailing 12 months below in compact rows
- Threshold banner turns green and reads 'salary deduction unlocked' the first month MRR crosses $50k (one-way ratchet matching the contract)
- Verified live: $0.00 / May 2026 / 0 active subs / 12 history rows rendered; all 71 regression suites pass
