- New Pro AI tool: Performance Analyzer scores your hook (first 3 seconds) and predicts your full retention curve across the timeline — Claude Sonnet 4.5, text-only, no media leaves your browser
- Predicted drop-off warnings are clickable — tap any flagged window and the playhead seeks straight there so you can rewatch the dip in context
- Closed loop on export: when you open the Export dialog, the preflight checklist auto-runs Performance in the background and surfaces any critical drop-offs as a 'fix-before-publish' row. First-time exporters get the safety net with zero clicks
- Stale-detection: if you edit the timeline after analyzing, the preflight row flips to 'Performance analysis is stale (was 78/100) — re-analyze' instead of trusting old data
- Editor sidebar visually clusters by buyer-facing package (Core Creator Workflow above, Pro Production below, with a labelled divider) — outcome-led taxonomy without disrupting muscle memory
