Detach Audio polished: dedicated row, linked-deletion, waveforms
AetherCut v1.7.3 shipped on with 3 updates to the private, browser-based video editor. Everything here is already included in the latest version. AetherCut edits on your own device, so your footage never has to be uploaded to a server.
What's new in v1.7.3
- Audio clips now live in their own dedicated row beneath the video row — no more visual stacking when a detached audio twin starts at the same time as its video
- Right-click a video that has a detached audio track → 'Delete clip + linked audio' or 'Delete video only (keep audio)' for clean J-cut workflows
- Waveforms now propagate to detached audio twins and standalone .mp3/.wav uploads (extraction matches by source URL, not by clip id)
